Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps In Case Of Uterine Fibroid

Had the following tests recently: pap, cbc, tsh, fsh....all normal. then had the ultrasound and was told that have small fibroid on inner muscle wall and that my uterine lining is thick. had endometrial biopsy...which dr beleives will come back normal... here is my question as it will be several weeks before I return. I went b/c when i have my period i have to wear overnight pads during the day with a tampon. I have had several accidents at work. I have bad cramps as well. the dr has talked about birth control(not really wanting to take pills) and thinks that an ablation would not be helpful. is there anything else?
