Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps Inspite Of Being On Contraceptives

hi, i need some help!! I've been getting achey cramps in my stomach and below. I'm on the conceptive pill and have been for a while... i recently had unprotected sex with my boyfriend over the weeekend which was extremely stupid of us!! I'm extremely worried and need some advice? could I be pregnant??

I really appreciate your concern, look no method of contraception is hundred percent promising so if you miss the period then better get done the pregnancy test, that is the option you have, hope this information helps, take care.
