Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps, Nausea And Dehydration

hey there, so i have had gastro for a coulple of days now, its terrible, i have stomach cramps, dehydration, nausea, i only poo water, and basically throw up everything i eat, i think the cause was something i ate, i also had a terrible sleep last night, woke up every hour in pain, and extremely dehydrated, i dont know what to do, is there a tablet i can take to get rid of this, it feels like there is something in my stomach, blocking everything up,

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having severe dehydration due to Gastro-enteritis.
you may need IV fluids and IV antibiotic medicine to treat this condition.
Go to ER and get examined.
Meanwhile take plenty of water, ORS liquids and Electral powder.
Take antispasmodic medicine like Meftal spas or Cyclopam to get relief from colicky pain.
Ok and take care.
