Empiric treatment of symptoms, with probiotics, like lactobacillus every 8 hours, or other, Hioscina bromuro every 8 hours, and metoclopramide every 8 hours. 4.After getting results, maybe specific treatment like antibiotics, if there is a bacterial infection, would be needed.
