Suggest Treatment For Stomach Inflammation Due To A Fatty Liver

I am having a fatty liver and due to this i think the inflammation is there in the stomach and whole body. Can i take nurokind tablet to eliminate this inflammation.. i am taking sorbiline syrup also . And weekly vitamin D tablets as i was having deficiency of vit.D .. please help me out
