Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Back Pain

Hi my name is kea I been sick for two weeks now first it's started off with discharge then the discharge stop the I started to get pain in my lower stomach then I started to get chills,gas and back pain and now I am coughing none stop what could it be?

Dear , for the discharge you should take an antihistaminic as citrizine once daily before bed. for coughing take a cough suppressant as dextromethorphan and an expectorant as Mucinex .for chills and body pain take ibuprofen tablets 200 mg every 8 hours
