Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Burping

Hello I am 30 year old male, I have been having some severe stomach aches mostly at night. I have been having a hard time keeping food down for een the last two nights. I dont have a fever and during the day the symptoms seem to be better. For the last few years I have noticed at times when I eat that the food gets stuck on the way down and I have to immediately go to the bathroom and throw it up. It sounds silly but I noticed that when the food is stuck I am not able to make myself burp. However the only way I have found to verify the food is either all the way up or has gone all the way down is to continue trying to make myself burp and once I can I know that its over. Please help.

I really appreciate your concern and this could be hyperacidity and with intestinal infection, and in my opinion this needs to be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time and Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, take care.
