Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Fever
I hv a fever frm last 3 days and stomach paining also. Whn I gone to doctor he provide me tab. ZIFI 200 , tab. becoZinc , tab. pantosec dsr , & syp mucaine. After taking ths medicine my stomach paining is not thr bt fever is not going. Nw what to do help me plz
