Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Heart Burn
hi. i am suffering pain in my stomach and heart burn since last week i use buscopan and duspatalin retard and gaviscon but use less this time i have consti pation also tell me what is this some says acidity or ulcer or muscular pain i cant under stand this situation please help me
