Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Neck Stiffness

My grandson is not eating and complaining about his stomach and head hurting and a stiff neck. He has no fever though. He doesn t have alot of energy either. He is 4 years old. I worry about meningitis, but I thought he would have a fever with that.

For severe abdominal pain you can give your grandson some antibiotic like zifi-oz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with cyclopam or meftal-spaz for severe stomach pain and cramps. Give multivitamin syrup for lethargy and weakness. Maintain the hydration of his body by giving plenty of oral fluids.
