Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Pain Around Ribs
Hello, I am a 71 yr old female aND I am having quite a problem with a stomach that is aching when ever I eat or drink anything. really sever pain about the bottom of my rib cage and spreads around to the rear ribs...it lasts 45 mins. to an hour....I try to ut a hot water bottle on it and go to sleep....it does fade out.+

as you are suffering from stomach pain typically after food it seems to be that you are suffering from gastritis or ulcer.
many of patient with typical this type of symptom attend my clinic regularly.
i suggest to go for a ecg to rule out cardiac cause & upper GI endoscopy.
these conditions easily can be treated by proton pump #, some ant acid, and a short coarse of antibiotics.
