Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Vomiting

My 24 yr. old daughter is traveling in Wisconsin & suddenly had stomach pains & vomit within the past 2 hours. She is vomiting an average of every 20-30 mins. with diarrhea. There are no other symptoms- no blood, no fever, no body aches. She is otherwise healthy & not on any new medications, etc. What can I tell her to do? I am not located in Wisconsin so I have not seen her but we are in contact by phone.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It sems that she might be having acute Gastro-enteritis giving this problem.
Ask her to take medicine for vomiting like Domperidome or Ondem, she should take little amount of water with medicine so that medicine retained into stomach.
After taking medicine within one hour vomiting will be alright then she should start taking plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquid to prevent dehydration.
For loose motions she can take Loperamide and Ofloxacilin tinidazole mediciine stat.
Ask her to take light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
