Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Fatigue For A Type-2 Diabetic

my husband has type 2 diabetes...his numbers are spot on...his diet and exercise has gotten him off insulin..he is monitored by his DR...BUT..he can t seem to get help or answers for the following, EXTREME stomach pain, diarrhea, fatigue and a constant feeling of being worn out...no matter what he does it wipes him out...he does exercise to help with the diabetes but is exhausted after any physical work..just cleaning can also do it?

What tablets is he taking for Diabetes? There is Metformin is there, some time Metformin may cause Gastro problems like pain abdomen and diarrhea. Weakness, better consult your doctor and change medications.
