Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1 ) First of all do not panic.
2 ) If she has positive pregnancy test, then please get USG done to confirm the gestational age and viability of pregnancy at around 6 weeks from her date of last menses.
3 ) Cramp like pain and other symptoms need close attention. I will suggest her to take rest. Avoid exerting herself.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for getting micronized progesterone tablets, injection of HCG, simple analgesic like paracetamol and antispasmodic like dicyclomin.
I hope this answer helps you . Thanks. Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
