Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain, Fever And Diarrhea

Woke up Friday morning (now Monday) with an upset stomach, vomiting, fever 101.6, diarrhea, soreness. Went to a Doctor who told me I caught something viral, and unfortunately there was nothing he could do. I know antibiotics won t help, what can I do, and how long will it last? Yesterday, my wife started with the same thing.

It could be about of gastroenteritis. As first line management, you can take acetaminophen for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
