Hi,

Noted your history about a 14 year old girl with pain in abdomen, legs and arms, burning in eyes, visits bathroom frequently, MRI and CAT scan normal, symptoms are on and off, had clean bill of check from her Pediatrician.

With the history you have mentioned I can think of the following as possible causes:
Teenage syndrome should be considered wherein the teenagers go through lots of psychological, physical changes and those who do not cope with it can have multiple problems as discussed wherein all the investigations will be normal.
Since the check up by Pediatrician was okay I take this as tests for blood, urine and stool.
Counselling by an expert in the fiend of Teenage problems can help to find the problems and also can suggest proper management.
Also needed is to find out about any problems in studies, school, friends and so on.
Review investigations related to symptoms and Specialists' opinions either to confirm or rule out any specific problems should be done and treated if found.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
