Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain, Loose Stool And Anal Pain While Having Indigestion
Hi,
Since yesterday i am having indigestion. Stomach ache. Motion is not watery but in loose. Pain in anus. Every hour i feel like using loo, but when i sit just a drop or two or very little motion taking place. its been 24 hrs and its still not watery. Just took norflux Tz..not sure if i should continue? need suggestion...thanks

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of stomach pain, loose stool and anal pain while having indigestion which seems to be due to acute gastroenteritis. It could be due to electrolyte imbalance in body. It could be due to underlying systemic pathology. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take acetaminophen for fever in dosage of 15mg/kg. You should take proper rest. You should have plenty of fluids to rehydrate. Visit general physician once and get it examined. You should get blood tests done to find out underlying cause of fever whether bacterial or viral and start treatment accordingly. You can take paracetamol syrup for fever as well. Your symptoms will resolve in 3-5 days. You should take diet rich in multivitamins. You should do tepid sponging as well.
