Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain On The Right Side

My son (8yrs old) is experiencing pain in his stomache. It started on the right side and and is now spreading to the middle. Not on left side. He had it before he ate breakfast. But still had it after he ate and I have given him peppermint tea to drink

it can be gastritis appendicitis or even worm infestation. should be examined by doctor. minimum stool examination and ultrasound abdomen is to be taken.after investigation and examination proper diagnosis can be done and required treatment can be recomanded.
