Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain, Temple Pain And Fever

I'm a 35 yr old woman 5'4'' 165 lbs. I first experienced vision problems accompanied by severe pain in temples. Then I started getting severe pain in my upper right stomach and in my lower left abdomen and also a fever and chills. Then the pain turned numb and now feels tingley and bloated. Skin also looks blotchy and my chest feels tight

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have stomach pain, temple pain and fever . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like kidney stones , tension headache , constipation , acute kidney failure and depression . I would suggest you to consult nephrologist for proper examination . Doctor may order kidney function test and complete blood test and treat it accordingly . Doctor may also refer you to psychologist if the problem will be related to depression . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and discomfort , take light and non spicy food and keep yourself relax .
