My stomach has been hurting at the bottom going on two weeks I thought I as about to come on my menstural, but I have pcos, along with a lot of fatique I'm only 26 I weigh about 147... all I eat is chicken and fish, no beef or pork. What's wrong with me
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Pain in the bottom of stomach for 2 weeks can obviously not due to menstrual periods or PCOS that is polycystic ovarian syndrome. Probable causes can be as follows: Pelvic inflammatory disease that is PID. Enteritis. Appendicitis and colitis of sigmoid section. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get a clinical evaluation and examination by a Surgeon or a Gynecologist. Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis. X-ray of abdomen in standing position. Tests of blood, stool and urine. All these will give a probable diagnosis and gives plan of management. Till then you can have symptomatic management and supportive therapy like Electrolyte solution.
