Suggest Treatment For Stomach/pelvic Pain
I have been having immense stomach/pelvic pain, bloating/swelling of stomach after i eat anything. Diarrhea that changes color & sometimes just mucus & blood but ii dont bleed as much if i stay on liquid diet. Lately diarrhea has been dark brown w/tiny black flecks in it. Yes i do have a couplehemorroids due to all thediarrhea but thosedonot bother me. Its my immense stomach pain after eating even when its empty its tender to the touch. I have also had really bad breath lately when normally i do not. I have lost 20 lbs in the past 7 weeks unintentionally

Your symptoms reflect that you urgently need to consult a neerby Dr
You are probably having a peptic ulcer disease .. With ucer either in ur stomach or your duodenum.. And it seems you are bleeding from there... Do you drink alcohol? If yes we also need to rule out portal hypertension and esophageal varices.
At present
1. Take tablet pantoprazole 40mg twice daily
2. Get a complete blood picture to see HB level
3. Get a UGI endoscopy to rule OT any ulcer any bleeding site
4. Urea breath test for h pylori infection
5. Usg abdomen to rule out features of portal hypertension
Start pantoprazole and immediately consult your treating doctor. Let me know if your reports arrive or any other query
