Suggest Treatment For Stomach Problem, Dizziness And Fatigue

For a very long I ve always had stomach problems, dizzyness, light headedness, and fatigue. I ve had my doctor x-ray me, but there was no problem. Now, for a couple of months there s sharp pain in my epigastric and umbilical region, I have slight trouble breathing, and my heart beats fast at random times and hurts. Whats wrong with me?

Hello,

Epigastric pain is due to peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux, hiatus hernia, stomach tumors, acute and chronic pancreatitis, or stomach cancer. You need to have tests done to arrive at a specific diagnosis like ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, ECG, complete blood picture, kidney function tests, liver function tests and if necessary an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Only after a thorough clinical examination and above tests we can arrive at a specific diagnosis and appropriate treatment is possible.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
