Suggest Treatment For Stomach Upset And Vomiting In A Child

my child has been complaining of upset stomach, and sore throat. he has had loose bowels 2 times but the weird thing is the throwing up...he is throwing up, it sounds like burping and it is clear mucus type fluid and lots of bubbles. i do not think he has a fever. never seen this before.

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

All these symptoms are pointing towards a viral illness. If the kid is active and other wise well- as there is no fever also - you can give Zinc supplements along with ORS for looses tools and for cough and cold you can use Promethazine suspension.

You can treat fever with Paracetamol at 15mg/kg/dose every 4-6th hourly if fever is > 100F.
