Suggest Treatment For Strep Throat And Hair Loss In Kid
My 6 year old daughter has got less hair volume when compared to last year before we shaved her head (for relegious purposes) end of May 2010. Her hair is very thick in volume since her birth. Now when ever i wash her hair i can see her scalp which never happened before. she is usually a healthy kid but got sick with Strep throat in December 2010, Viral throat infection in 2011 January after FluMist Vaccination and in Feb 2011 for Viral throat infections. The hair loss seems to be diffuse all over her head but i didn t notice any signifficant hair loss. What can be the reason for this? Please answer.
Usually, any illness or infection may lead to hair fall and nutritional deficiencies. Anemia, zinc deficiency, hypoproteinemia may lead to hair loss. Give him good nutrition and supplements.
