Suggest Treatment For Stress Along With Anxiety And Low Heart Rate

MY 18 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IS A HIGH ACHIEVER AND HAS DAILY STRESS AS A RESULT. THE STRESS AFFECTS HER DIGESTIVE SYSTEM AND SHE HAS ALSO NOTICED A RAPID HEART BEAT IN THE MORNINGS. HER ANXIOUSNESS SEEMS TO OCCUR MORE IN THE MORNINGS AND SHE TIMED HER RESTING H/B AT 150 B/M THIS MORNING. SHE IS OTHERWISE HEALTHY AND FIT AND ASPIRES TO ATTEND ONE OF THE MILITARY ACADEMIES. WHEN SHE EXERCISES HER HEARTBEAT GOES DOWN. SHE EATS WELL, BUT IN RECENT BLOODWORK HER CHOLESTEROL WAS HIGH AT 228. TRIGLYCERIDES WERE 130, HDL 76, LDL 126, VLDL 26 CARDIAC RISK 3 AND NON-HDL 152. WHEN SHE EXERCISES HER HEART RATE GOES DOWN. WE HAVE NO HISTORY OF HEART DISEASE IN OUR FAMILY, ALTHOUGH HER DADS CHOLESTEROL IS ON THE HIGHER SIDE.
SHE IS MEETING WITH A COUNSELOR AND A DIETICIAN. SHOULD WE BE CONCERNED THIS IS ANYTHING SERIOUS.
