Suggest Treatment For Stress Due To Difficulty In Conceiving

Good day I am constantly stressing and thinking about getting pregnant. I have been trying for more than a year but the problem is I always have the what if I am pregnant in my mind. sleepless nights and always just thinking then when I get my period I am disappointed .I smoke because of the stress. should I just give up on this desire of being pregnant and stop trying at all costs. Went for all my checkups and I am fine for pregnancy. thanks

Hi,

1) You seem to be perfectly alright to conceive
2) As you had all the medical check ups done and everything is fine, you don't need to get tensed
3) Anxiety is a hindering factor to pregnancy.
4) Daily meditation for at least 15 mins would help you cope with stress
5) Also, daily Physical exercise will help maintain your anxiety under control
6) Never give up on the idea of pregnancy. You will get that but stress is your inhibiting factor
7) Most important thing you should give up is smoking. That has adverse effects interns of pregnancy too.
