Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
In 1956, when I was two, I crawled out of my crib and knocked over a vaporizor. The glass full of scalding hot water sent me into a horrid pain. At four years I took a bobby pin put it in my mouth and stuck it in a light socket. I could see my electical charged body all lit up as I was behind my body. I suffered from beatings from the age of four to nine. I would be left with welts that sometimes bled on my back, bottom, and thighs. Juvinile delinquent, class clown, in and out of progams, abused alcohol and drugs. Now at 56 and still drinking I need a perspective on my life for all I cannot understand.
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I think you misunderstood life. Whatever happen in our past, whether positive or negative, we always learn positive lessons. There are no negative lessons. We are not supposed to remember those negative incidents, but be confident about what we have learned. Those incidents of 2, 4 and later child hood stages are things happen to anybody. I think you are overly obsessive about those and therefore you are not getting your worth or identity.
I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
