Suggest Treatment For Stress

my girlfriend has been suffering from enormous stress for about 6 mths, we had a fight 6wks ago and since then her behavior has changed so much its just not her, she has ended the relationship but continues to contact me and my friends saying she misses me but pushes me away when i contact her.. she has said she is scared of me several times, also has multiple health issues now including headache, asthma, reoccuring flu symptoms, loss of libido, thrush, aches and pains, chronic fatigue and possibly more. she has highs and lows where she is just so irratic.. im sure she has had a burn out.. how long can i expect this behavior to continue and will she return to normal?

Some stress causing circumstances never change, but then people change according to circumstances. Sometimes, the stress reason itself may change. Your girl friend is living within stress and worrying about stress. She needs to come out of the "now familiar" situation. Meditation and psychotherapy should be very effective.
