Suggest Treatment For Stretch Marks On Inner Thigh

Hi, over the past 3 months I have developed stretch marks on my inner thighs right below my scrotum. they are getting longer, around 2-3 inches and wider, around 1/2-1 cm. They are steadily growing yet I have not changed my routine of running daily and minor weight lifting. I am curious as to why they are there and how I can stop them from getting worse and bigger?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, stretch marks on inner thigh may be in concern with
- Hormone changes
- Fat saponification and secondary changes
- Compression through sports garments or else
- Local estrogen level raised
It is best recommended to consult directly by showing the stretch marks for better discussion and further guidelines accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
