As per your query you have accidentally swallow chewing gum which stuck into your throat . Well sometimes things actually do not stuck inside throat but they make some area of throat to get swelled which appear to us as something stuck into throat . I would suggest you to do warm saline rinses , eat 1-2 banana in a day and drink warm liquids like tea and coffee . If condition doesn't improve in a 24 hours or creat problems like coughing , wheezing and problem in breathing then consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may extract that thing with small instrument under local anesthesia ( laryngoscopy procedure ) .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
