Suggest Treatment For Stuffy Nose And Breathlessness
Yes okay I ve been dealing with breathlessness for a few days now, I have to take a deep breath every so often just to catch my breath. I m a little stuffy as well now I ve had colds before but I never been breathless to the point that I can t even talk most of the time. I went to the hospital three days ago and got a chest x-ray, blood test and everything but I was told they didn t find anything. Please help me, I m freaking out over this.

* As per my clinical experience, the issue of stuffy nose and breathlessness sounds to be related to acute respiratory congestion from possible viral or bacterial infection.
My guidelines at present
- deep breathing exercises and YOGA help to clear the secretions of the respiratory tract
- inhalation of vapors of boiled water added tincture benzoin with blanket covering over the head
- avoid exposure to cold, atmospheric pollen
- use face mask wisely
- intake of decongestant as diphenhydramine or cetrizine
* Discuss the prognosis details with your doc during follow up discussion, as many of the cases do turn up as secondary bacterial pneumonia following acute upper respiratory tract viral infection.
