Suggest Treatment For Subclinical Acnes On Face

Hello.. I m Aerial from Myanmar.I ve got the subclinical acnes on my whole face beacuse I stopped my recent night cream from Thailand and also had a cheap temporary hair dye. They feel hard when I touch them. I couldn t cure with any skincare. They seems to faint for a while then appear again. Would you please help me doctors ? I ll be really hoping for your reply. Thank you !!

I really appreciate your concern, if this is acne then this needs long term treatment, and drug regime goes on changing periodically, and for this patient need to be in regular follow up with dermatologist, (You have not mentioned your age and gender here else some thing could have been thought ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
