I understand your concern.
Anaphylaxis is a serious
allergic reaction that is rapid in onset and may cause death.
Avoidance of the trigger that causes anaphylaxis is the best.
In sudden anaphylactic reactions, the following things needs to be done to save the patient.
You need to manage by taking care of 'ABCs' -
1. Airways needs to be kept open with equipments required to perform
resuscitation and airway management and oxygen needs to be administered.
2. Blood pressure and Circulation needs to be maintained by means of infusion of intravenous fluids.
Administration of drugs such as
epinephrine is the treatment of choice, along with antihistamines and
steroids.
The patient needs close monitoring in the hospital and should be under observation.
