Suggest Treatment For Sudden Disorientation, Confusion And Labored Breathing

i could not be alert for about 10 hours from 4 am to about 2 pm. the few times i was i was very disoriented i could not speak properly. i needed help even going to the bathroom. Also, i had labored breathing according to my boyfriend who was the one trying to wake me and helping me even wiping me while after using the bathroom. when i did wake i was very confused and could not remember where i was or what was going on for about 1/2 hour.

There can be various reasons for sudden disorientation, confusion, labored breathing as:
- Transient ischemic attack
- Intracranial bleed or hemorrhage
- Concussion from various reasons
- Alteration in intra cranial pressure from hydrocephalus or others

Treatment would be dependent upon the clinical examination, findings of vital parameters only.
