Suggest Treatment For Sudden Weight Loss And Dry Vagina

I have an unexplained weight loss of 25 pounds since august. I am tired a lot, I get dizzy, my vaginal area is dry and itchy feels like it has little cuts on the outside and burns when urinating. Went to the doctor to test urine for uti which was neg. also a culture was done and no blood, protein, or bacteria was present.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some hormonal imbalance giving rise this problem.
Possibility of having diabetes should ruled out as dry vagina and weight loss
is common in diabetes.
