I am feeling very dry skin and the problem increases when I am out in sun even in winter for 10 minutes. Please help. I use Suncrossaqua gel and avil or cetrizine when it spreads on the face. It feels like burning
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sunburn on face due to which there is redness and blisters on face. . Sunburn is skin damage caused by ultraviolet (UV) rays. It usually causes the skin to become red, sore and itchy. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses 2-3 times a day or wash your face with cold water , drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated , apply petroleum jelly on affected area , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take antihistamine like benadryl . If condition doesn't get better in 2-3 days then consult dermatologist for proper examination and rule out causes like skin infection or allergic reaction . Doctor may prescribe steroid ointment , antibiotics ( clindamycin ) or vitamin C supplement for quick recovery .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
