Hi, thanks for your question.
I'm glad to help with your concerns.
First, i'd tell you some lifestyle changes which can improve the oversweating.
1.Use antiperspirants regularly.
2. Avoid wearing tight-fitting, thick clothes.
3. Avoid clothes made of artificial fibers such as nylon.
4. Avoid foods and drinks that exacerbate sweating such as alcohol and spicy foods.
In addition to those tips, treating the anxiety, being the root cause, should be instituted and i would suggest seeing a clinical
psychologist or a
psychiatrist who are trained specialists who help patients with psychological disorders such as anxiety.
The psychologist or psychaitrist would help relieve your anxiety through talk therapy and
behavioral therapy. Drugs are not usually recommended for anxiety treatment as they make sweating worse.
There are medications for treatment of sweating as well, you could get these from the psychiatrist or your
primary care doctor. These include
propantheline and oxybutynin.
I hope i have answered your question.
Please get back to me if you've got more questions.
Best wishes.
