Dear- thanks for using our service. I understand that you are not feeling well and will give you my medical advise. First of all, you should take an analgesic as ibuprofen or acetaminophen to control the fever .According to your symptoms, it might be an acute sinusitis which might require antibiotics if no improvement in 48-72 hrs. The sweating and headache are secondary to the infection and will improve with the analgesics. The low body temperature with spiked temperature is part of the infection too, so my recommendation is to see your doctor because you will need antibiotics. In terms of your head concussion, you need to watch for any neurologic changes during the first 72 hrs. If you start with numbness of your hand, severe headache without fever, memory impairement or visual problems,go to the ER for an evaluation and head CT scan to r/o subdural hematoma. I hope that my advise has been helpful Dr.Sara
