Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruise With Painful Lump On Shin
hello and thanks. 3 weeks ago i fell heavily on a concrete paver, landed on left knee (which is now ok) but my right shin was extremely painful, a little swollen and bruised. the bruising was faint but a big area. there is a lump at one spot which is extremely painful to touch and I can t kneel down on my right leg. no problems walking. could it be a slight fracture/

Firstly it may be fracture but it should be based on x-ray of you leg.
Secondly it can be due to infection as cellulitis after abrasion that require antibiotics.
Other causes are less likely

You should atleast hav an xray to rule out fracture first
