Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain swelling and bruising after
injury occurs due to injury to the soft tissues leading to inflammation and fprmation of inflammatory exudate and due to trauma there can be rupture of minor blood vessels leading to spillage of blood into soft tissues leading to formation of
hematoma and bruising..
As the brow bone is a prominent bone any blow can lead to
fracture of the bone but as it is a non mobile
bone healing can take place without any requirement of reducing the bone..
The hematoma can take a loner time to heal as at times it becomes localised and encapsulated by inflammatory cells..
You can apply thrombophob gel over the swelling as it will help in faster disruption of hematoma..
Apply alternative warm and cold compresses over the swelling...
In case of pain
ibugesic kid can be taken..
Gradually the pain and swelling will subside..
Hope your query is solved..
