Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruising On The Ankles
I sit behind a desk all day. Last weekend I installed flooring for 9 hours. Very, very sore. My left ankle is now bruising and small blood vessels are visible. No pain in the ankle but very swollen as well. What is causing the bruising and swelling on my ankle and should I be concerned?

It could be a contusion or sprain. As of now, you can apply ice packs for symptomatic relief. If swelling persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
