Hello dear
I understand your concern
Injury cause soft tissue damage and cause swelling and pain.
Take following advises:
Take bed rest till pain goes away:
Application local volini gel and genlte massage will help you
Out leg in warm water with added epson salt
Avoid long standing and stay off your feet.
Put pillow under the leg to keep the leg up during the rest time
Once pain will relieved then
Rotate ankle occasionally.
Take rest adequately after walking.
Wear comfortable shoes.
If pain persists then consult the gynecologist for proper examination and treatment
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
