Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In The Finger Joints

My wife , 25 years old.. Recent days she having severe pain, swelling in Joints of Hand especially in fingers, Foot. We have tested her blood and got positive result of ANA. Doctor prescribed some medicines, in the course of medicine nothing resulted, still having pain in joints.

pain in joints of fingers and foot with swelling is highly indicative of autoimmune disease like rheumatoid arthritis,there are other joints also involved.as you mentioned ANA is positive which is mostly seen positive in autoimmune diseases.Need to do other tests like Rh factor,plus need history of the patient in detail here.is there any stiffness in other joints present because its very important to make diagnosis.the medicines will provide some relief until properly diagnosed and given proper medications to stop progression of disease.
