Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In The Neck

I got result for HIV negetive after 165 days of exposure( just collected HIV patient sample).. shall i consider this as negetive , and now am feeling some gastric problems and small pain at neck like swollen but am eating nicely there is no obstructions in swallowing. And i had small infection like ulcers at Penis head, its getting cure very slowly. Am in full tense now.. Is it negetive or positive?? My skin doctor said, it is not syptom HIV , but even though am getting confusion, what happened to me exactly.
