Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In The Ribs
My husband is type 2 diabetic, has swelling and pain on left side from ribs to mid back. Extremely gassy very bad odor something rotten, no fever, not a pulled muscle has had over a week getting slightly worse. Numbers are his average (no change)

It could be costochondritis.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
