Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In The Testicles

Sir, once I got infection at my testicles, first the right testicle and the veins connecting to it was swelled with pain then the left was also infected. With the antibiotics and I was suggested to long use of veltam .4 .Now I feel the sowelling with pain. shall I continue the veltam .4 ?

The treatment of testicular pain and swelling depends on the cause.Possible causes include: orchitis, epididymitis, testcular torsion, trauma, varicocele.The treatment of these symptoms if caused by an infection is with the use of antibiotics and pain medications.
Veltam is an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.This is mostly prescribed in patients with prostate enlargement. It will not however not solve your problem if its cause is not linked to prostate enlargement.I will suggest
-You take an anti-inflammatory pain drug like ibuprofen
-Then see your Doctor for examination.Test like Urinalysis, STI work-ups and if need be, a testicular ultrasound may be requested.
