Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain On The Foot

I have a bump on the bottom of my right foot middle of the heel. Doesn t go a away. After a surgery I came home. Had tenderness on the bottom of my foot Then a blister type area. Redness swelling painful. It finally got better with foot baths and an ointment but it s still there
