Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Soreness In Testicles After Intercourse
Hi Im 59 I had sex 2 nights in a row and after the second my right testicle has swollen about 1 and half to 2 times normal and quite sore. I have always been ok although has always felt different, a bit more of a strain since my vasectomy, which was 20 years ago. I had soreness after sex around 12 months ago and had all the tests including an ultra sound and blood counts and all was normal. Is this just overdoing it at my age? Will it settle down like last time although last time the testie didnt swell
Hello Swelling of testis is a matter of concern. This might be caused by either minor trauma during sex or any allergic reaction At this this may happen during it lack of lubrication Chances of infection can't be ruled out based on your short description
In my opinion you should wear scrotal support, maintain good hygiene if you develop pain or any kind of discharge, swelling increases you must immediately consult a doctor for physical examination and investigation like colour doppler.
Hope this answers your question Please feel free to ask for more information I will happily answer you Best wishes
