Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Soreness On Testicles

Slightly sore left testicle, yet there is no swelling, the pain is not what I would call severe, but I feel I caused it because the other day I thought I felt a lump on it, and proceeded to check several times over the course 2 days, there is no lump, I suspect that I felt the epididymis. So did I bruise myself or something?

it may or may not be epididymitis, Physical examination reveals swelling, induration, marked tenderness, and sometimes erythema of a portion of or all of the affected epididymis and, sometimes, the adjacent testis.
i would recommend you to get examined by a doctor.
