Suggest Treatment For Swelling Caused Due To A Bee Sting

At least two bee stings on my left arm two days ago, one on the back of my arm a few inches above my elbow, the other on the back of my forearm. Swelling has basically occurred from above my elbow to my wrist. Should I be concerned or is this a typical large localized reaction. No other symptoms present.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
A sting or bite of insect injects venom composed of proteins and other substances that may trigger an allergic reaction. The sting also causes redness and swelling at the site of the sting.
1.     Cold fomentation with ice pack 5 – 6 times daily
2.     Levocetrizine 5 mg per oral once daily for 5 days
3.     Dexamethasone 0.5 mg twice daily per oral for 5 days
4.     Ibuprofen 600 mg every 8 hours orally daily if pain occurs. Otherwise avoid it
5.     Do not scratch the area as it will cause skin damage and infection
Thanks
